Peelings formulated with Salicylic, Pyruvic and retinoic acid in a hydro alcoholic base and with a pH of 1.0-1.5. The formulas of SPA peels are based on the synergy of their components:
- Salicylic acid: potent keratolytic action. Surface level action. Enhances the penetration of other assets.
- Pyruvic acid: Derma plastic action. Epidermal Level action to stimulate the deep papillary dermis.
- Retinoic acid: Keeps the skin in normal physiological conditions and sebum regulation.
Indications
Localized hyper pigmentations, melasma (chloasma), melanotic pigmentations induced by perfumes and medicines, and photo aging marks.
Application
The peelings of the SPA peel line are applied in layers.
The number of layers to apply depends on the type and thickness of the skin, preparation, ethnicity, and so on.
It is recommended to apply 2 layers in the first session and increase the layers in subsequent sessions.
Heavy pressure or applying more solution will increase the penetration depth of the peeling.
After drying, each layer displays a white mask in the treated area by the crystallization of salicylic acid in the skin.
As in the Salipeel line, washing is optional: after the applied layer has dried it stops acting and washing serves an aesthetic purpose.
